Uninstalling the Software

Follow the procedures in this section to remove (uninstall) modem software from a PC or

Macintosh.

Uninstalling for PCs Running Windows

Note: The USB cable should not be unplugged until after the uninstall process has been completed. For Windows 98 applications, the cable must be unplugged immediately following Step 6.

Follow Procedure 4-1to uninstall modem software from a PC.

Procedure 4-1: PCs Uninstall the Software

1.From your PC desktop click Start -> Programs -> Fujitsu FDX310 Modem -> Uninstall (wording may vary depending on operating system) . A notification message appears indicating that the setup process has begun.

2.Click Remove from the “DSL Modem Installer” window.
