Available: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday

 

Location: Sites within 100 miles of a primary HP Support Office listed in the HP Support Office Guide.

 

Action: Customer calls to schedule hardware installation. Installation includes installing hardware components and

 

set up of the printer onto the network.

Installation and Orientation Training

Products: Designjet Printers

 

Available: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday

 

Location: Sites within 100 miles of a primary HP Support Office listed in the HP Support Office Guide.

 

Action: Customer calls to schedule installation. Includes installation of the hardware, configuring the printer onto

 

the network and orientation training.

Same Day Onsite, Standard Business

Products: Color LaserJet and Designjet Printers; Multifunction Products

Hours

Available: 8 a.m. –5 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday

 

Location: Sites within 100 miles of a primary HP Support Office listed in the HP Support Office Guide.

 

Action: 4-hour onsite service (for calls received by 1 p.m. local time)

Available: 8 am to 5 pm local time, 7 days a week, excluding holidays

 

Location: Coverage within the continental United States and some parts of Hawaii and Alaska

 

Action: Customer calls toll free number to setup installation service appointment

HP Standard Exchange

Products: Scanjet Scanners

 

Available: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday

 

Location: Most areas within the continental United States; additional one to two days for service in Hawaii and

 

Alaska.

 

Action: HP ships permanent replacement unit, via prepaid freight within three to five business days (for calls received

 

before 2 p.m. PST). Customer returns the defective unit to HP within 15 business days of receiving replacement unit.

One-Time Replacement

Products: LaserJet and Color LaserJet Printers; Multifunction Products

 

Available: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday

 

Location: Most areas within the continental United States; additional one to two days for service in Hawaii and

 

Alaska.

 

Action: Up to two years coverage or until a replacement unit is shipped; permanent replacement product shipped

 

within three to five business days (for calls received before 2 p.m. PST); freight prepaid customer returns defective

 

unit to HP within 10 business days of receiving replacement unit.

Maintenance Kit Replacement Service

Products: LaserJet, Color LaserJet and Designjet Printers; Multifunction Products

 

Available: HP standard business hours, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday

 

Location: Sites within 100 miles of a primary HP Support Office listed in the HP Support Office Guide.

 

Action: After you schedule the service with HP, an HP-trained technician will replace the kit, clean the printer and

 

provide you with a checklist of performed actions designed to maintain the print quality.
