Inserting Batteries in theRemote Control Handset
• Remove the battery cover located on the back
of the ha ndset by ge ntly pulling backwards
from the indicated part.
• Insert twoAAA/R3or equivalent type batteries
insid e. Pla ce the b atter ies in t he rig ht
directions and replace the battery cover.

Handling the Remote Control

Im prope r u se could ca use corr osion or
battery leakage and may result in physical
injury and/or property damage includin g fire.
• Never mix used and new bat teries in th e
device.
• Replace al l the ba tteries in a device at the
same t ime.
• Remove the batteries if the remote control is
not going to be used for an extended period
of time.
• To avoid possible fai lure, read the following
instructions and handle the remote control
properly.
• Do not drop or caus e impact to the remote
control.
• Do not spill water or any liquid on the remote
control.
• Do not pl ace the remote control on a wet
object.
• Do no t place the remote control under the
direct sunlight or near sources of excessive
heat.
Note: Remove the ba tteries from the remote
control when it is no t going to be used
for a long time. Otherwise the batteries
may leak and damage the controller.
Operating Range for theRemote Control
• Point the top of the remote control toward
the LCD TV's rem ote sens or LED while
pressing a button.
