CAUTION:

1.Open the fuel cock [1].

2.Place the throttle lever [2] in “CHOKE” position [A].

NOTE: Place the throttle lever in “FAST” position [B] when the engine is hot or the ambient temperature is high.

3. Keep the blade brake lever held [3] firmly against the handle when starting the engine.

All models:

4. Pull the starter [4] slowly until a resistance is felt; then pull sharply.

NOTE: Do not let the starter spring back suddenly on its own; guide it back slowly.

1. Ouvrir le robinet d’essence [1].

2. Mettre le levier de commande des gaz [2] sur la position “STARTER” [A].

NOTE : Lorsque le moteur est chaud ou que la température ambiante est élevée, mettre le levier de commande des gaz sur la position “RAPIDE” [B].

3.Maintenir le levier de frein de lame [3] serré contre le guidon pour le démarrage du moteur. Tous modèles :

4.Tirer doucement le lanceur [4] jusqu’à sentir une résistance ; puis, tirer vivement.

NOTE : Ne pas laisser le lanceur revenir brutalement ; le ramener à la main.
