problem	possible cause and solution
Some or all of the	•	The paper size selected on the proof sheet does not match the
photos selected on the		contents of the paper tray. Load the same size paper in the paper
proof sheet do not		tray as selected on the proof sheet.
print	•	The proof sheet is not readable. Print a new sheet, complete it, and
		try again.
	•	The proof sheet is placed incorrectly on the glass. Place the top of
		the completed proof sheet face down on the scanner glass in the left
		front corner, and then close the lid.
	•	You are using an outdated proof sheet and the photos have been
		deleted from the card since you printed the proof sheet. Print a new,
		up-to-date proof sheet.
	•	You forgot to fully complete the proof sheet. Make sure to select at
		least one photo as well as one paper type and one layout (or the
		small paper, photo paper only option).
	•	You chose more than one paper type or layout. Print a new proof
		sheet, complete it correctly, and then scan it to create prints.
