7.On the menu bar of the Success screen, tap Finish to complete the installation. The MIDlet will appear on the Application Manager screen.

If you use Pocket Internet Explorer on your hp Jornada to browse a MIDlet Web site, you can simply click on a MIDlet’s .jad download link to invoke hp MicroChaiVM and install the MIDlet suite.

If you are having problems downloading a MIDlet, the error may be due to the following:

•GPRS connection not established. Make sure to have a GPRS connection before you begin downloading a MIDlet.

•GPRS connection dropped. If you make a call while connected to GPRS, the connection is dropped when the other party answers the call. You must manually reconnect GPRS before downloading another MIDlet.

To launch a MIDlet

•In the hp MicroChaiVM Application Manager screen, tap the MIDlet you want to launch.

If you tap and hold on the MIDlet, a pop-up menu will be displayed with the options to launch, delete, update, show suite information, and hide the highlighted MIDlet.

If you are having problems launching a MIDlet, try adjusting the hp MicroChaiVM settings. Tap Options and select VM Settings.
