Removal and replacement procedures
✎Steps 6 through 21 provide display panel removal information for computer models equipped with BrightView display assemblies. See steps 22 through 34 for display panel removal information for computer models equipped with AntiGlare display assemblies.
6.If it is necessary to replace the display enclosure or any of the display assembly internal components on a BrightView display assembly, remove the two rubber screw covers 1 on the display bezel lower edge. The display rubber screw covers are included in the Display Rubber Kit, spare part number
7.Remove the two Phillips PM2.5×7.0 screws 2 that secure the display bezel to the display assembly.
8.Flex the inside edges of the bottom edge 1, the left and right sides 2, and the top edge 3 of the display bezel until the bezel disengages from the display enclosure.
9.Remove the display bezel 4. The display bezel is available using spare part number
