Instant Capacity Hardware

Can a faulty cell board be replaced with an inactive Instant Capacity cell board? Yes. First, deactivate the failed cell board by using the parmodify command and rebooting. Then activate the inactive iCAP cell board and reboot. In this situation, you do not need to obtain an RTU to activate the cell board.
