Determining Your System Configuration

Displaying SCF Configuration Information for

Subsystems

When displaying configuration files for disk and tape devices in the storage subsystem, you can use the OBEYFORM option with the INFO command to display currently defined attribute values in the format that you would use to set up a configuration file. Each attribute appears as a syntactically correct configuration command.

For example, this command shows all the attributes for $SYSTEM in OBEYFORM:

-> INFO DISK $SYSTEM,OBEYFORM

This output appears as shown in Example 2-2.
