Enabling and Disabling Synchronization Links

Each synchronization link can be in one of the following states: Unvalidated, Disabled, and Enabled. The following table lists these states and their descriptions. It also lists under what circumstances the link moves between states.

To enable a synchronization link:

1In the Links list or Links Grid, select the link you want to enable.

2Make sure that the link is in the state Disabled. If the link is in the state Unvalidated, you must run an integrity check to change its state to Disabled. For more information on running integrity checks, see “Running Link Tasks Manually” on page 91.

3 Click the Enable Link button or choose Link > Enable.
