2In the State Transition Matrix screen, add a new state transition called SyncTmpState. You must configure it as shown below. In addition, the state should be assigned to the Complete state type. For more information on assigning a state to a state type, refer to the ClearQuest documentation.
3In the Behaviors screen, configure SyncTmpState, ensuring that all fields except for Headline are configured as optional, as shown in the following example. The Headline field should be configured as mandatory for all states, including SyncTmpState.
