Specifies text that briefly describes the member and its description should be specified with no more than 50 charact and enclosed in apostrophes.

The possible values are:

Specifies the same description of the overlay specified object.

Replace (REPLACE)

Specifies whether or not the physical file member replaces physical file member if a physical file member of the same exists in the library.

The possible values are:

A new physical file member is not created if an old phy member of the same name already exists in the library.
