The PERSISTENT RESERVE OUT command is used for reservation management to allow different types of Reservations and Reservation Keys to be created or removed.

Service Action may have one of the following values:

v00000h (register a reservation key with the device server)

v00001h (create a persistent reservation by using a reservation key)

v00002h (release a persistent reservation)

v00003h (clear all reservation keys and all persistent reservations)

v00004h (preempt persistent reservations from another initiator)

v00005h (preempt persistent reservations from another initiator and clear the task set for the preempted initiator)

Type may have one of the following values:

v3h means Exclusive Access

v6h means Exclusive Access for Registrants only
