Upcoming changes to the redetermination process:
Cases including Food Stamps
o 12 month redetermination form and interview
Cases including Food Stamps (elderly and disabled)
o12 month redetermination form and interview
Medicaid and/or TANF Cases only (no Food Stamps)
o12 month redetermination form (no interview)
Application processing standards (i.e., 30 for Food Stamps and Cash Assistance/TANF, 45 days for Medicaid and or 90 days for Disability Medicaid) do not apply for redeterminations.
Typically, redeterminations take up to 30 days for any of the three programs.

The following options are available to callers contacting the Call Center between the hours of 7am – 7pm, Monday – Friday, local time:
Press (1) for English or (2) for Spanish

Cash Assistance or Health Coverage); or (3) for IMPACT Employment Services
