Adjusting the LCD MonitorYou can change the angle and brightness of the LCD monitor screen according to your usage condition.
Changing the brightness of the screen will not affect the recorded images.

1 Slide the LCD lock release knob to open the LCD monitor.
2 Rotate the LCD monitor to adjust the angle.
●While the LCD monitor is open, you can rotate it 180 degrees upward or 90 degrees downward.
●Rotating the LCD monitor 180 degrees upward enables you to see the screen from the lens side.
Select [Main Menu]B[LCD/VF]B
Set [LCD Mirror Mode] to AMirrorBB Set button (A Page 82)

●During adjustment, the brightness level is displayed on the LCD monitor screen.
●During Camera mode, SD Card mode (playback), or IEEE1394 mode
●During SD Card mode (thumbnail), menu operation, or USB mode
●Use the [LCD PEAKING
[+] | : | Press the button to increase contour correction. |
: | Press the button to decrease contour correction. |
●During adjustment, the contour level is displayed on the LCD monitor screen. ( A Page 28 [Adjusting contour and brightness])
