Changing the general settings (PSM)

You can change the items listed in the table on pages 58 and 59 by using the PSM (Preferred Setting Mode) control.

•The PSM items are grouped into six categories—MOVIE, CLOCK, DISP (display), TUNER, AUDIO, and COLOR.

•By pressing ¢ or 4 repeatedly, you can also move to other categories.

Basic Procedure

Ex. To change “Contrast”

1 Press and hold SEL (select) for more than 2 seconds so that one of the PSM items appears on the display.

2 Press number button (in this example, 3) to select one of the PSM categories.

4 Adjust the PSM item selected.

5 Repeat steps 2 to 4 to adjust the other PSM items if necessary.

6 Finish the setting.
