Selecting preset sound modes (iEQ: intelligent equalizer)

You can select a preset sound mode (iEQ: intelligent equalizer) suitable to the music genre.

•There is a time limit in doing the following procedure. If the setting is canceled before you finish, start from step 1 again.

Available sound modes:
•	FLAT	•	Country
	(Flat)		(Country music)
•	H.ROCK	•	REGGAE
	(Hard Rock)		(Reggae)
•	R & B	•	CLASSIC
	(Rhythm and Blues)		(Classical music)
•	POP	•	USER 1
	(Popular music)	•	USER 2
•	JAZZ	•	USER 3
	(Jazz music)

•DANCE (Dance music)

2 Press the number button to select the sound mode you want.

•This unit has two sound mode selection screens. To move to the other screen, press 5 (up) or ∞ (down).

1 Press SEL (select) once to show the

sound selection screen.		To cancel the preset sound mode, select
	Last selected sound mode is	“FLAT” in step 2.

	called up.	To exit from the preset sound mode (iEQ),
		press SEL (select) repeatedly or wait for about 5
		seconds.

Note:

Ex.: If you have selected “Flat” previously

•If you press the button more than twice, the unit enters different sound adjustment modes.

When using the remote controller

Press EQ (equalizer) repeatedly until the preset

iEQ	SEL	METER	mode you want is selected.
