Waking up to the timer playback (O.T.T.)

The O.T.T. makes timer-activate playback possible by simply setting the desired time of the day. The system is automatically turned off in 1 hour after the start of timer playback. The O.T.T. timer works only once after it has been set.

1Make preparations according to the source to be played.

CD	: Load a CD.
MD	: Load an MD.
Tape	: Load a cassette tape.

Radio : Receive the station to be played.

AUX component : Make the required preparation for playback by connect- ing an AUX component.

2Rotate the VOLUME/ MULTI-CON- TROL knob to adjust the listening volume.

The source will be played at the ad- justed volume.

3Press the MENU key.

4Rotate the VOLUME/MULTI-CON- TROL knob so that "TIMER SET?" is displayed, then press the SET key.

5Rotate the VOLUME/MULTI-CON- TROL knob so that "O.T.T. SET?" is displayed, then press the SET key.

6Rotate the VOLUME/MULTI-CON- TROL knob to select the time at which the timer is activated (ON time).

The ON time can be set in 5-minute steps.
