1pound (about 212 cups) extra lean or regular ham, cut in 112-inch cubes

1medium onion, quartered

14 medium green bell pepper, seeded, quartered

1small carrot, cut in 3 pieces

12 pound lean ground turkey meat, crumbled

12 cup fat-free egg substitute or 2 eggs

12 cup skim or low-fat milk

1tablespoon prepared mustard

2teaspoons prepared horseradish

14 teaspoon salt

14 teaspoon black pepper

Position multipurpose blade in work bowl. Add bread. Process until fine, about 5 to 10 seconds. Add ham cubes. Pulse 4 to 5 times, about 1 to

2 seconds each time, until chopped. Add onion, bell pepper, and carrot. Pulse 6 to 7 times, about 2 to 3 seconds each time, until vegetables are chopped. Add turkey, egg substitute, milk, mustard, horseradish, salt, and pepper. Pulse 6 to 7 times, about 3 to 4 seconds each time, until mixed.

Form into loaf in ungreased 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350˚F for 1 to 112 hours, until set and center reaches 170˚F. Let stand for 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
