1taza (235 mL.) de frambuesas frescas o congeladas, ya descongeladas.

(46 mL) de vinagre de frambuesa.

2cucharadas (30 mL) de aceite vegetal

Colocar los ingredientes en la jarra. Tapar y procesar en STIR (Revolver) durante 15 segundos aproximadamente y luego, pase la espátula retirando el contenido de los lados de la jarra si es necesario. Procesar en LIQUEFY (Licuar) de 10 a 15 segundos o hasta que quede una mezcla suave. Servir sobre ensaladas verdes ya aderezadas o ensaladas de frutas. Guardar en el refrigerador.

Rinde: 6 porciones (2 cucharadas [10 mL] por porción).

1/4 de taza (60 mL) de substituto de huevo o 1 huevo pasteurizado batido

1/2 cucharadita (2 mL) de vainilla

3/4 de taza (175 mL) de “half-and-half” (mezcla de crema y leche)

Crema batida azucarada, si se desea

Colocar en la jarra los trocitos de chocolate, el substituto del huevo y la vainilla. Calentar la “half-and-half” hasta que se formen burbujas alrededor del borde. Verter sobre los trocitos de chocolate. Tapar y procesar en LIQUEFY (Licuar) de 20 a 25 segundos o hasta que los trocitos de chocolate se derritan y la mezcla esté suave. Raspar los lados de la jarra si es necesario.

Verter en copas pequeñas. Refrigerar de 4 a 6 horas hasta que quede firme. Servir con crema batida, si se desea.
