Changing the settings and printing pictures

You can change the print photos options for an individual picture or group of pictures, or you can change the settings and save them as the default.

To print a picture or pictures using settings other than the default settings:

1.Load photo paper with the logo side facing up (see Loading the photo paper tray, page 46), and move the paper edge guides until they touch the paper.

2.Insert the memory card into the appropriate slot, or connect the digital camera or portable drive to the front USB port, then touch View Photos.

IMPORTANT: Use only one slot or port at a time.

3.Touch Manual background or Manual background to locate the picture you want to print, then touch Manual background or Manual background to select a quantity.

4.Repeat step 2 for each picture you want to print.

5.Press Manual background .

6.Touch Manual background or Manual background and touch the setting you want to change.

Print Photos Option

Quantity

1 (default) to 99

The number of copies that print.

 

 

 

Color

Color (default)

Prints full color.

 

 

 

 

Black & White

Prints black and white (gray scale).
