Abgleich Etikettenlichtschranke:

In der Etikettenlichtschranke sind 2 Sensoren integriert:

-für die Betriebsart Durchlicht ein Durchlicht-Optokoppler

-für die Betriebsart Reflex ein Reflex-Optokoppler.

Der Abgleich der Betriebsarten ist wie folgt vorzunehmen:

1.Gehäuse demontieren.

2.Drucker einschalten.

Netzspannung an spannungs- führenden Teilen!

3.Trägerstreifen ohne Etikett in Lichtschranke einle- gen.

4.Durchlichtabgleich:

Spannung am Meßpunkt MP2 messen und bei

Bedarf mit Regler R 36 auf 2,1 V - 2,3 V einstellen.

Kontrollmessungen durchführen:

 

Lichtschranke leer:

U < 0,5 V

Etikett+Träger in Lichtschranke:

U > 4,0 V

5.Reflexabgleich:

Spannung am Meßpunkt MP4 messen und bei Bedarf mit Regler R 27 auf 0,5 V einstellen.

6.Gehäuse montieren.

Adjusting the Label Edge Sensor :

The label edge sensor contains two photocells :

-a "see-through" optocoupler for the Gap mode; and

-a reflective optocoupler for the Bottom-Reflect mode.

Adjust the label edge sensor as follows :

1.Disassemble the chassis.

2.Switch the printer on.

Caution

Danger of electrical shock from

exposedcomponents!

 

3.Insert the silicon liner without a label into the sensor.

4.For "see-through" (Gap sensor) :

Measure voltage at MP2 and adjust to 2.1 V-2.3 V using the potentiometer R36 if necessary.

Perform a test measuring :

 

Sensorempty:

U < 0.5 V

Label and silicon liner in sensor:

U > 4.0 V

5.For Reflective sensor :

With the media removed, measure voltage at MP4 and adjust to .5 V using the potentiometer R27 if necessary.
