FILETE DE TRUCHA EN PAPILLOTES - Steam cooking Para 2 pers.

Preparación: 15 min.

Cocción: 15 min.

Ingredientes: 2 filetes de trucha de mar de 150 g, 50 g de zanahorias, 50 g de rama de apio, 1 chalote, 30 g de mantequilla, sal, pimienta, 2 cuadrados de papel aluminio, 200 ml de agua.

Cortar la zanahoria en filamentos, el apio en rama y el chalote. Colocar en cada papel de aluminio, 1 filete de trucha, filamentos de zanahorias y apio, una pizca de chalote, 1 nuez de mantequilla. Sazonar y cerrar los papillotes. Poner el agua y el vaso vapor en el reci- piente. Colocar los papillotes en el vaso vapor. Cerrar la tapa. Conectar. El aparato pasará automáticamente en mantenimiento calor después de 15 min de cocción. Servir en el papillote.

PANACHÉ DE PESCADO - Steam cooking

Para 2 pers.

Preparación: 5 min.

Cocción: 15 min.

Ingredientes: 100 g de filete de dorada, 100 g de filetes de salmonete, 100 g de filete de salmón, 100 g de filete de bacalao fresco, sal, pimienta, 100 ml de agua, 100 g de mantequilla, 1 zumo de limón.

Poner el agua y el vaso vapor en el depósito. Colocar los filetes de pes- cado en el vaso vapor. Sazonarlos. Cerrar la tapa. Conectar. El aparato pasará automáticamente en mantenimiento caliente después de 15 min de cocción.

Servir con mantequilla derretida con limón.

JUDÍAS VERDES AL VAPOR - Steam cooking Para 4 pers.

Preparación: 15 min.

Cocción: 30 min.

Ingredientes: 600 g de judías verdes, 300 ml de agua.

Pelar y lavar las judías verdes. Poner el agua y el vaso vapor en el reci- piente. Colocar las judías verdes en el vaso vapor. Cerrar la tapa. Conectar. El aparato pasará automáticamente en mantenimiento calien- te después de 30 min. de cocción.
