Contacts in Your Phone’s Memory
NOTE If you try to delete the default number, an error message will pop up.
Deleting a Contact Entry
1.Select the entry from your Contacts.
2.Press Right Soft Key 
[Options], then press
Erase.
3.A confirmation message is displayed. Press
to erase or 
to cancel and keep the Contact entry.
Deleting a Speed Dial
1.Select the entry from your Contacts, then press
Left Soft Key 
[Edit].
2.Press Right Soft Key 
[Options].
3.Press 
Remove Speed Dial.
4.Press 
Remove.
Searching Your Phone’s Memory
You can search for information you stored in your VX3400 phone. Scroll through your contents from A to Z, or jump directly to a specific letter of the alphabet.
Scrolling Through Your Contacts
1.Press Right Soft Key 
[Contacts]. Contacts list is displayed alphabetically.
2.Use 
to scroll through the list.
Searching by Letter
1.Press Right Soft Key 
[Contacts]. Contacts list is displayed alphabetically.
2.Press (or press repeatedly) the key on the keypad that corresponds with the search letter.
