TROUBLESHOOTING & REPAIR

BRUSH REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT

WARNING

Service and repair should be performed by only Lincoln Electric factory trained person- nel. Unauthorized repairs performed on this equipment may result in danger to the tech- nician or machine operator and will invalidate your factory warranty. DESCRIPTION

The following procedure will aid the technician in accessing the generator brushes for maintenance or replacement.

MATERIALS NEEDED

Small slot head screw driver 1/4” Nut driver

Needle nose pliers
