Color corrects the overall color cast of an image. The higher the level, the greater the color balance is shifted toward neutral. Contrast controls the relative brightness levels. The higher the level, the brighter the highlights and the darker the shadows. Saturation controls the vividness of colors. Sharpness controls the sharpness of image details. Brightness controls how bright the image is.

The advanced setup palette has five correction settings for color, contrast, saturation, sharpness, and brightness. Selected with the drop-down menu for each of the five image qualities, low, standard, and high are preset levels, manual setup activates the slider for manual adjustments, and no correction turns off the correction function.

When all settings have been made, press the preview button to confirm the effect on the image.

Click the OK button to begin process- ing. The save dialog box will open; rename the file and specify the location to save it. The file can only be saved in the MOV format.

To save the current settings. Only one set of settings can be saved. Each time the function is used, the previous set- ting are replaced with the new ones.

To apply the last set of settings saved.
