Selecting an End Point for Forwarding Calls

Call Forward Options

In the Forward Destination group, the call forwarding options are:

Unconditional

Select if you want to forward ALL calls intended for

forward

you to another user.

Forward on

Select if you want to forward calls to another user if you

busy

are engaged in another videoconference.

Forward on no

Select if you want to forward calls intended for you to

answer

another user, if you cannot answer the call.
