Call Handling for the Mitel 5000 CP
Conference
To conference in another party while on a call:
1.Press "More"
2.Select "New Call" to put the current call on hold.
3.Dial the number of the third party.
4.Press "Call".
5.Wait for an answer.
6.Press "More".
7.Select "Join".
Answer Call Waiting
While on a call, if you hear a call waiting beep:
1.Press "More"
2.Press "Answer Call Waiting" to answer the incoming call. The new call is now connected, and the first call is on hold.
