You can save time when you dial by storing the prefixes that you often use. This is sometimes called “postscripting.” Your satellite phone allows you to change or add to Phone Book entries without overwriting them.

Store a prefix in your Phone Book just as you would any other number. See “Storing Names and Numbers” on page 76.

Use a Stored Prefix

To use a stored prefix:

1.Recall the prefix from your Phone Book. (See “Recalling Entries” on page 83.)

2.Add the finishing numbers.

3.Press Oto place the call.

Change a Similar Entry

To change an entry to a similar number:

1.Recall the number from your Phone Book. (See “Recalling Entries” on page 83.)

2.Press Cto delete the unwanted digits.

3.Enter the replacement digits.

4.Press Oto place the call.

This feature is not available in cellular mode.
