Logging into Your Boost Mobile Voice Mail

Recovering Deleted Messages

To retrieve deleted messages, press * 3. This option only applies to the current Voice Mail session. If you end the call, the messages will be permanently deleted.

IMPORTANT: After exiting the Voice Mail session, you cannot recover deleted messages.

Changing Your Password

To change your current password:

1From the main Voice Mail menu, press 4 to access Personal Options.

2Press 4 to access Personal Preferences.

3Press 1 to modify password.

4Enter your new password. This password must be all numbers. It must be 4 to 7 digits long.

5Press ** to return to the main menu.

NOTE: If you forget your password, contact Boost Customer Care.

IMPORTANT: For security purposes, it is recommended that you do not choose sequential or repeated digits like 1-2-3-4 or 5-5-5-5 for your password.

Recording Your Name

When you send, reply to, or copy a message, your name response precedes the message. To record or re-record your name at any time:

1From the main Voice Mail menu, press 4 to access Personal Options.

2Press 4 to access Personal Preferences.

3Press 3 to access the Record Your Name option.

4Press 2 to record your name.

5Press ** to return to the main menu.
