4Enter the number of the Group List you want to modify.
5Press 1 to add a new recipient.
6Press # to save your changes.
7Press ** to return to the main menu.
Deleting a Group List
1From the main Voice Mail menu, press 4 to access Personal Options.
2Press 2 to access Group Lists.
3Press 3 to delete a Group List.
4Enter the number of the Group List you want to delete. The system will play the name of the Group List.
5Press # to delete the list.
6Press ** to return to the main menu.
Message Forwarding
This feature allows you to program your phone to automatically forward incoming messages to another mailbox. There are three types of forwarding: Immediate, Silent, and Delayed. They are described below:
•Immediate Forwarding – Caller is notified that the message will be forwarded.
•Silent Forwarding – Caller is not notified that the message will be forwarded.
