Understanding Status Messages
You may receive status messages under certain conditions. Before contacting Nextel Customer Care, note the message, numeric code, and the conditions under which it appeared. The following table lists and describes some status messages.

Service | valid. |

User Not Available | The phone that you called is either |

User Not | The person that you called has not |
Authorized | purchased this service. |

User Busy in Direct | The phone that you called is busy |
Connect | in a Direct Connect call. |
