Messages—Text

Messages in the text message inbox are sorted from newest to

oldest. The oldest messages are deleted as new ones are added.

If you want to save a message, you should lock it to prevent it

from being overwritten as new messages are received.

The Text Msg Menu includes the following options:

Find the Feature

M > Messages > Text Msgs

Press To

K scroll to the message you want

(d = unread and urgent,

n = read, f = read and locked)

READ (J) open the message

SAVE (J—right)

DELETE (L—left)

close the message without changes

delete the message

open the Text Msg Menu to

perform other procedures as

described in the following list

Option Description

Call Back Call the number in the message header or

the message text.

Go To Go to a Web address (URL) in the

message.
