U575 PCI adapters have two status LEDs in each connector port (see Figure 2-1). Tab le 2-1 2 describes these LEDs.

Amber, blinking Identifies the PCI adapter when you
click on Identify Adapter on the
General tab in the PROSet utility.

Steady The U575 PCI adapter is connected to a valid link partner.
The PCI adapter and switch are receiving power, and the
cable connection between the switch and the PCI adapter is
operational.
Green,
Blinking The U575PCI adapter is receiving link pulses.
Off The U575 PCI adapter is not receiving link pulses. The PCI
adapter and switch are not receiving power, the cable
connection between the switch and PCI adapter is not
operational, or the driver is not properly configured.
Amber,
Blinking Identifies the PCI adapter when you click on Identify Adapter
on the General tab in the PROSet utility.
