Setting the Exposure for Shooting (j, k, l, mModes)

j, k, l, mModes

By rotating the mode dial, you can shoot pictures in the following four exposure modes: j(Programmed auto), k(Shutter-priority auto), l(Aperture-priority auto), and m (Manual).

Not only can you set the shutter speed and aperture value, you can also select a variety of advanced settings, such as changing the ISO sensitivity and white balance in the shooting menu (A81).
