Shooting in Scene Mode

Camera settings are automatically optimized for the selected subject type. The following scene modes are available.

Setting the Scene Mode

1 Enter scene mode by pressing the
		Scene
ebutton in shooting mode,
selecting C(use the rotary multi
selector), and then pressing the k
button.
2 Press the dbutton to display the
	Scene menu
scene menu screen, and choose the
	Beach/snow
desired scene and press the k	Sunset
button.	Dusk/dawn
	Night landscape
	Close-up

Exit

3 Frame the subject and take the picture.

CImage Mode

Image mode (A 83) can be set in the scene menu. Changes made to the image mode setting apply to all shooting modes (except those available from the movie menu).
