Masa/Pasta:

Para comenzar: Los ingredientes se amasan por primera vez (5 minutos)

Cuando está en 1:25, la masa descansa por 5 minutos

Cuando está en 1:20, la masa se amasa por segunda vez (20 minutos)

Cuando está en 1:00, la masa comienza a leudar (60 minutos)

Cuando está en 0:00, la masa está lista.

Masa para Bagels:

Para comenzar: Los ingredientes se amasan por primera vez (5 minutos) Cuando está en 1:40, la masa se amasa por segunda vez (10 minutos) Cuando está en 1:30, la masa comienza a leudar (90 minutos)
