Mantener Su Pan Fresco

El pan hecho en casa no contiene conservadores, entonces guarde la flauta enfriada en una bolsa de plástico ligeramente cerrada. Si así lo desea, coloque un tallo de apio en la bolsa para mantener el pan más fresco por más tiempo. No lo guarde en el refrigerador debido a que esto causa que el pan se reseque más rápido.

Pan para Pretzels

Masa

Todos los ingredientes al tiempo del ambiente (70– 80°F)

2 tazas de harina para pan

1 1/2 cucharadita de levadura activa seca 1/4 cucharadita de sal

1/2 cucharadita de azúcar

7/8 taza de agua

1 a 2 cucharadas de sal no refinada (Kosher) 1 huevo, ligeramente cuando está enido

1Mida y agregue los ingredientes salvo el huevo y la sal no refinada en el recipiente para pan.

2 Presione el botón “Comenzar / Detener” para borrar la pantalla.

3 Presione el botón “Seleccionar/Menú” para elegir la configuración de la masa.

4Presione el botón “Comenzar / Detener”. La pantalla comenzará a contar de manera regresiva el tiempo en la configuración de la masa. Cuando la masa esté lista, se escuchará una señal y la pantalla mostrará “0:00.”

5Presione el botón “Comenzar / Detener” hasta que oiga un pip y se ponga en blanco la pantalla.

6 Para remover el molde de pan, agarre la manga firmemente y remueve el molde. 7 Precaliente el horno a 450°F.

8Divida la masa en 12 piezas. Enrolle cada una en la forma de un lazo de 8 pulgadas. Moldéelo en la forma de un pretzel o deje como un palito. Coloque sobre una charola para hornear engrasada, barnice cada uno con el huevo cuando está enido. Espolvoree con la sal no refinada.

9Hornee en el horno precalentado por 12 a 15 minutos.

Rollos de Mantequilla (sin programa de encendido automático)

Masa

Todos los ingredientes al tiempo del ambiente (70–80°F), salvo la leche

1/4 taza de agua

 

1 cucharadita de sal

1 huevo

 

2 3/4 tazas de harina para pan

3/4 a 7/8 tazas de leche

 

2 cucharadita de levadura activa seca

1/4 taza de mantequilla

 

1Mida y agregue los ingredientes en el recipiente para pan

2Presione el botón “Comenzar / Detener” para borrar la pantalla.
