Note on connecting a car navigation system

RGB connection

It is recommended that Panasonic car navigation system be connected to the RGB terminal. If a car navigation system is connected to another than the RGB terminal (VTR1 or VTR2), set the navigation screen to NTSC. To watch a DVD video of the PAL system with the car navigation system, change the setting to PAL on this menu.

RCA cord

It is recommended that the VTR output (RCA cord) of a car navigation system be connected to VTR1. If a DVD video disc is inserted in this case, the VTR1 DVD video mode is automati- cally selected (provided that the video control cord is connect- ed) (B page 57).
