This chart shows the different type of retail/commercial discs
you can use, and also includes the industry-standard logos that
should appear on the discs and/or packag ing.

Note about using a DualDisc

≥The digital audio conte nt side of a DualDis c does not meet
the technical specificatio ns of the Compact Disc Digi tal Audio
(CD-DA) format so play may not be possible.
≥Do not use a DualDisc in this unit as it may not be possible to
insert it correctly an d it may get scrat ched or scraped.
This chart shows the different type of discs recorded with other
devices that you can use.
This mark means you must finalize the disc
with the DVD recorder, et c. before playback. For details about
finalizing, refer to the operating instr uctions for your equipment.
