[Digital Cinema Color]

Recording motion pictures with more vivid colors, using x.v.Colortechnology.

Switch to Manual Mode. (l 83)

Set [REC MODE] to [HA], [HG], [HX], [HE] or [1080/60p]. (l 68)

MENU : [RECORD SETUP] # [Digital Cinema Color] # [ON]

For more realistic colors, use an HDMI mini cable (optional) with a TV that supports the x.v.Color.

When motion pictures recorded while this function is turned [ON] are played back with a TV not compatible with x.v.Color, colors may not be reproduced properly.

When these images are played back with devices other than ones compatible with x.v.Color, it is recommended to record the images after this function is turned [OFF].

x.v.Coloris a name for devices that are compatible with the xvYCC format, an international standard for expanded color in motion pictures, and that follow the rules for signal transmission.

MENU : [RECORD SETUP] # [SHOOTING GUIDE] # [ON]

When “CAMERA PANNING IS TOO FAST.” appears, move the unit slowly while recording.

Set to [OFF] to turn off the message indication.

Message will not appear while pausing the recording. (Message will appear even if it is pausing the recording if [DEMO MODE] is set to [ON].)

This will reduce the wind noise coming into the built-in microphones while maintaining the realism.

Switch to Manual Mode. (l 83)

MENU : [RECORD SETUP] # [WIND NOISE CANCELER] # [ON]

This function’s default setting is [ON].

When switching to Intelligent Auto Mode, [WIND NOISE CANCELER] is set to [ON], and the setting cannot be changed.
