When a function does not work, check here before requesting help

I cannot send documents.● The telephone line cord is connected to the EXT jack on the unit. Connect to the LINE jack (p. 24).
●The other party’s fax machine was busy or ran out of paper. Try again.
●The other party’s machine is not a facsimile. Check with the other party.
●The other party’s fax machine rings too many times. Send a fax manually - dial the number, confirm the fax tone, then press START/COPY/SET .
