Internet Address The IP address of the SNMP manager that will send requests to the IOLAN. If
the address is 0.0.0.0, any SNMP manager with the Community name can
access the IOLAN. If you specify a network address, for example
172.16.0.0, any SNMP manager within the local network with the
Community name can access the IOLAN.
Field Format: IPv4 or IPv6 address
Permissions Permits the IOLAN to respond to SNMP requests.
Data Options:
zNone—There is no response to requests from SNMP.
zReadonly—Responds only to Read requests from SNMP.
zReadwrite—Responds to both Read and Write requests from SNMP.
Default: None
V3 Read-write UserThis user can view and edit SNMP variables.

Security Level
Select the security level for the Read-Writer user. This must match the
configuration set up in the SNMP manager.
Data Options:
zNone—No security is used.
zAuth—User authentication is used.
zAuth/Priv—User authentication and privacy (encryption) settings are
used.
Default: None

Auth Algorithm
Specify the authentication algorithm that will be used for the read-write user.
Data Options: MD5, SHA
Default: MD5

Type in the read-write user’s authentication password.

Retype the user’s authentication password.

Privacy Algorithm
Specify the read-write user’s privacy algorithm (encryption).
