Organiser

Creating a new event
This menu allows to create events and st ore them in your organiser. Events c an
be Meetings, Holidays or ToD o s . When t he organiser alert i n On (see page 28),
a beep alerts you when an event is due.

3 Select the type of event to create (Holiday, Meeting, ToDo) and press

Your mobile phone features an
Organiser which allows you to
manage and co-ordinate various
events including meetings.
Events can be viewed in different ways (day, week or
month views), can be changed or deleted at any
moment, as well as repeated according to specific
frequencies. The “Organiser alerts” (see page28)
allow you to be alerted by a beep when events are
due (e.g., 5mn before a meeting).
Also, data exchanges and synchronisation of your
organiser can be performed via a USB cable
connected to your phone and to the external device.
As for the Extras menu, it features
easy-to-use items such as a
Calculator, an Alarm clock, Call
counters which will let you manage
your call costs, Euro converter, memo and
conversation recording.
