Introduction

Your mobile phone features an Organiser which allows you to manage and co-ordinate various events including meetings.

Events can be viewed in different ways (day, week or month views), can be changed or deleted at any moment, as well as repeated according to specific frequencies. The “Organiser alerts” (see page 28) allow you to be alerted by a beep when events are due (e.g., 5 mn before a meeting).

Also, data exchanges and synchronisation of your organiser can be performed via a USB cable connected to your phone and to the external device.

As for the Extras menu, it features easy-to-use items such as a Calculator, an Alarm clock, Call counters which will let you manage

your call costs, Euro converter, memo and conversation recording.

Organiser

Creating a new event

This menu allows to create events and store them in your organiser. Events can be Meetings, Holidays or ToDos. When the organiser alert in On (see page 28), a beep alerts you when an event is due.

1Press ,, select Organiser > Events and press ,.

2Select <New> and press ,.

3Select the type of event to create (Holiday, Meeting, ToDo) and press ,.

4Enter the starting and ending date & time of the event and press ,, enter the text concerning the event (e.g. "Meeting with Smith") and press ,.
