E-mail
Write and send e-mails
The Send mail menu allows you to send e-mails to one or several recipients at
a time, including with an attachment such as a jpeg image. Once received, your
messages can be forwarded and the attachments visualised with the
appropriate software.
To one or several recipients
1Press
,
and select E-mail, then Mailbox1 or Mailbox 2 depending on the
one you wish to use. Select Send mail and press
,
.
2Move
-
to select Add addressee and press
,
to access the list.

If you select the phonebook "On SIM card", you will not be able to access any
e-mail address, but an edit window will allow you to enter one. See “Phonebook”
page 41 for inform ation on phon ebook selecti on.
3 Select a name in the list and press
,
to add it to your mailing list or press
e
to cancel and go back to the previous sub-menu.
4 Back to the Addressees list, press
,
to Change the e-mail address or to
Remove it from the list, or select Add addressee, press
,
to access the
phonebook again and add new names to the mailing list.
5 Repeat steps 2 to 4 to add as many recipients as wanted.
6 Select Validate list and press
,
. Then enter the subject of your e-mail
(you can leave this field empty) and press
,
.
7 In the next window, enter the text of your e-mail (you can also leave this
field empty). Press
,
when ready to send your e-mail.

To learn how to enter text, see “Text or number entry” page4. If you exit the
Send e-mail
menu before sending your e-mail, its content is deleted without
being stored.
8 Select Modify mail and press
,
if you want to change the content of your
e-mail. This takes you back to step 2: follow the instructions from there
to complete the list of recipients and send your e-mail.
9 Select Send now and press
,
to send your e-mail. Your mobile phone
connects to the Internet server, sends your e-mail to the names present
in your mailing list, then disconnects.

You can cancel this operation by pressing and holding the
e
key. Your mobile
will then disconnect from the network, exit the e-mail menu and go back to idle.
