precautionary steps described below.
- Consult your physician and pacemaker or hearing aid manufacturer to
learn whether your particular device is susceptible to cell ular phone
interference.
- Carry and hold your cellular phone at safe distance from the implanted
pacemaker device and electrode (20 cm is generally accepted as a "safe
distance", however it is advisable to check with your physician and
pacemaker manufacturer).
Always switch off your phone and do not rem ove the battery

explosive atmosphere
(e.g. petrol stations and also
areas where the air contains dust particles, such as metal powders).
