Note
If the language you have set is not available on the disc, the disc uses its own default •
language.
For some discs, the su btitle/audi o language can on ly be changed fr om the disc menu .

[TV Display]
Select a display form at:
• [4:3 Letterbox] – For 4:3 screen TV: wide-scree n display with black
bars on the top and bot tom of the screen.
• [4:3 Pansca n] – For 4:3 screen TV: fu ll-height displ ay with the
trimmed sides.
• [16:9 Widescreen] – For wide-scr een TV: display pic ture at ratio
16:9.
• [16:9] – For 16:9 screen T V: display picture at r atio 4:3 for a disc wit h
4:3 ratio, with black b ars on the left and r ight side of the scre en.
• [Cinema 21:9] – For wide-scre en TV of display rat io 21:9, remove
black bars at the bott om and top of the screen .
Note
If • [4:3 Panscan] you have selected is not supported by the di sc, the scree n displays in
the [4:3 Letterbox] format.
Help text display is av ailable in all m odes, except
• [Cinema 21:9].
Subtitle Shift f unction is ena bled only in
• [Cinema 21:9] mode.
