Storing and recalling broadcast frequencies

If you press 5or you can easily store up to six previously registered broadcast frequencies with the 5or button.

1Press 5or to select P.CH MEMORY from the XM MENU, and press A.MENU.

P.CH MEMORY adjustment indications are dis- played.

2Adjust frequency with 2or 3.

If you continue pressing 2or 3, a strong broad- cast frequency is automatically searched for, and search ends when it is found.

3Select a preset channel number with 5or and press A.MENU to preset that frequency.

4If you want to preset frequencies one after another, use 5or to move to the next preset channel you want to use to store a frequency, and perform the same operation.

When you have finished, press BAND/ESC to return to the source display.

The number you have pressed will flash in the PRESET NUMBER indicator and then remain lit. The selected radio station frequency has been stored in memory.

The next time you can also use 5and to recall the same P.CH MEMORY the radio station frequency is recalled from memory. 1Press 5or ∞to select P.CH MEMORY from the XM MENU, and press A.MENU.
