Adjusting initial settings

Initial settings lets you perform initial set up of different settings for this unit.

1FUNCTION display

Shows the function status.

You cannot select AUDIO MENU from the OFF SOURCE MENU.

1Press SOURCE and hold until the unit turns off.

2Press A.MENU and the OFF SOURCE MENU is displayed.

3Press 5or ∞to select INIT, and press

A.MENU.

FM STEP (FM tuning step)

DAB PRIORITY (Priority function) RDS AUTO PI (Auto PI seek) DETACH WARNING (Warning tone) AUX (Auxiliary)

ILLUMINATION (Illumination color) REAR SP (Rear output and subwoofer) TEL MUTE/ATT (Telephone muting)

You can operate a desired function. For details, refer to the pages for each of the functions. Use the following instructions to operate each particular setting.

•To cancel initial settings, press BAND/ESC or WIDE on the remote control.

Switching the warning tone

If the operation panel is not detached from the	English
head unit within five seconds of turning off the
ignition, a warning tone will sound. You can turn
off this warning tone.
1 Press 5or ∞to select DETACH WARNING
from the INIT MENU, and press A.MENU.	Español
DETACH WARNING adjustment indications are
displayed.
2 Select WARNING: ON or OFF with 5/∞.
Pressing 5/∞will switch WARNING between
ON and OFF and that status will be displayed
(e.g., WARNING :ON).

this unit. Activate the auxiliary setting when
