When using a DVD player unit connected with an RCA cable, if you do not select M-DVD, there will be no picture even if you switch sources.

When using a DVD player unit connected with an AV-BUS cable, do not select M-DVD. If you do, there will be no picture.

If you select BACK UP CAMERA, press to move to BACK UP POLARITY, or use 2or 3to select BATTERY and GND.

BATTERY: When the gear shift is moved to the REVERSE (R) position, and the polarity of the connected lead wire is positive.

GND: When the gear shift is moved to the REVERSE (R) position, and the polarity of the connected lead wire (refer to page 30) is nega- tive.

This product features a function that automat- ically switches to the video input into the video or back camera jack when a back-up camera is installed on your car. If this is the case, when the gear shift is in the REVERSE (R) position, the video automatically switches to video or back camera. (The default setting is BATTERY. For more details, consult with your dealer.)

Notes

If you do not operate the function within about 30 seconds, the display is automatically returned to the playback display.

If you select BACKUP CAMERA, switching to the correct video setting may not occur. Confirm that directly after changing the set- ting, it changes to VIDEO when the gear shift is moved to REVERSE from another position.

If you select BACKUP CAMERA, the display changes to VIDEO during normal drivings, reverse the settings.
